Jason celebrates International Women’s Day and dedicates the entire two hours on Sunday, March 8th to females of all species around the world! In “What Moves You”, Jason shares remarkable facts about the human brain and it’s capacity for growth and development throughout our entire lives with respect to how often we incorporate movement into our lives! In the “Here’s To Your Health” segment, Jason shares more information from the IFM ReNew Food Plan and discusses processed foods, gluten, and leaky gut (aka. Gut dysbiosis).
